Magnolia Clubhouse Capital Campaign brochure here

The $3.8 Million Final Phase of our Capital Campaign will allow us to double our capacity and help more of those in need.

The completion of the joining structure and integration of both turn-of-the-century homes will allow us to increase our current service capacity from 350 to700 people each year. Our average daily usage of 75 people can increase to 150 daily.

Cost-effective: the cost of 5 days in a psychiatric hospital (at $600 per day) is equivalent to the cost of 1 year at Magnolia Clubhouse.

Community benefits: Research demonstrates that members of Clubhouses have:

Joining Structure details: The three-story 10,600 sq. ft. joining structure will include an elevator and new fireproof stairwell.  The first floor space will be a large flexible forum and work space and will include a welcoming area and cafe. The flexible second floor will also increase work space and will overlook the first floor Atrium. The third floor will have a roof top veranda and interior space will include horticulture.

Our architectural plans designed by Westlake  Reed  Leskosky are ready for construction to begin and tracking toward LEED silver certification by the U.S. Green Building Council.  The Cleveland Landmarks Commission has approved our architectural plans.
