Health and Wellness

The health of our members is a priority at Magnolia Clubhouse. We create nutritious meals and snacks and we offer guidance with healthy shopping and cooking. We have yoga and meditation classes at the end of the work day, three times a week. We also have an evidence-based Clubhouse model smoking cessation and weight reduction program which is helping several members cut back or quit smoking and lose weight. We link people with fitness centers and encourage exercise. Our Carriage House Clinic integrates psychiatric and primary care services with the support of the Clubhouse. And we offer health screenings and flu shots through our primary care services.
